Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of the Hlavka.art online store and buyers (customers) who conclude a purchase agreement through the website.

Order and Conclusion of the Contract

Orders are accepted exclusively through the Hlavka.art website.

A purchase agreement is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the operator accepts it. The customer is informed of this acceptance by a confirmation e-mail. The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment this confirmation is delivered.

The customer may cancel the order provided that it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact the operator without delay.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made via the Comgate payment gateway, which allows payment by card or online bank transfer.

Orders are dispatched after the payment has been credited to our account.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered via the Zásilkovna delivery service within the Czech Republic and, where applicable, to selected other countries.

Delivery times vary depending on the nature of the product:

  • Jewellery and smaller items: usually within 14 days

  • Larger products (e.g. furniture or custom-made goods): individually according to agreement with the customer

Withdrawal from the Contract

 

 

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the operator by e-mail or post, including the order number. The goods must be returned unused and undamaged.

The buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Complaints and Warranty

All goods are covered by a warranty period of 24 months from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise.

In the event of defective goods, the buyer is entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund, subject to mutual agreement. Complaints must be submitted by e-mail, including a description of the defect and relevant photographs.

Complaints are handled without undue delay and no later than within 30 days.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The operator processes customers’ personal data (name, address, e-mail, telephone number) for the purpose of order processing and delivery of goods.

Personal data may be shared with third parties (such as delivery service providers or payment gateway operators), but only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract.

Customers have the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, as well as to request correction or erasure of such data.

The website may use cookies to improve functionality and for traffic analysis purposes.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on the Hlavka.art website.
