Complaints Policy

When can you make a complaint?

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or develop a fault during the warranty period, you are entitled to make a complaint.

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods, unless stated otherwise. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage caused by the user, or defects resulting from improper use.

How to make a complaint

Please submit your complaint as soon as possible after discovering the defect. Contact us by e-mail at sekanyn@seznam.cz and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

  • Photographs of the damaged goods (if possible)

After receiving your complaint, we will contact you with further instructions. If necessary, you will be asked to return the goods to the address we provide.

Complaint resolution options

In the case of a justified complaint, you are entitled, depending on the circumstances, to:

  • Repair of the goods

  • Replacement with a new item

  • A reasonable price reduction

  • A refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

The method of resolution will always be agreed individually according to the nature of the defect.

Complaint processing period

We handle complaints as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the date they are submitted, unless agreed otherwise with you.

Custom-made goods

For custom-made products (e.g. bespoke furniture), complaints regarding changes in dimensions, colour shade, or similar characteristics cannot be accepted if the goods were manufactured according to the approved specification.
